Contrary to what most sims believe, the city gets its name from its two founders, Coastal and Roads, not the fact that it has a bunch of roads by the coast. There's a law that says no building can be taller than the local lighthouse, but its never needed to be enforced. This is an extremely socially progressive small city where everyone, and everything has a story to tell. Plenty of weird and wonderful things happen here! Created by Damienf519.
