Richard Grayson is Batman's original Robin. Born to a happy family of acrobats known as the "Flying Graysons". These happy times take a turn for the worse, as at the age of 8 a mob boss shoots both of his parents during a performance. Bruce Wayne witnessing the event, felt empathy, and adopted the boy as his son. As Richard grew up, he adopted the identity of Nightwing. Richard is a highly trained athlete, martial artist, detective, and vigilante. Nightwing is the very best acrobat in the world.
