5BR / 5 Bath - This stately old seaside mansion has been known by many names since it was built in the belle epoch. Since its current inhabitants rarely entertain guests, we can only hope it retains some of its original grandeur. I really love this home, but I don't like the layout of the rooms so modified the floor plan to allow for more bedrooms and baths. Plus I changed the wallpapers, floors and redecorated the rooms.
