Originally a hive of bioluminescent dinoflagellates, after a mild rise in temperatures by an average of 10 degrees fahreinheit, the tiny glowing water creatures died. Now left with the hotels that tourists originally occupied, not much remains but the bright and vibrant locals. They find beauty in another bioluminescent bug, lightning bugs to be exact.
