The ground level is the kitchen, dining, bathroom, and sitting room. The next level, a loft, is a study, and it goes out onto a balcony that has a grill and picnic table and other outdoor activities. The third floor has 3 of the 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement is a recreational area. There is work out equipment, the television is in the basement. The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are in the basement also. There is a parking pad under the balcony, and there is a pool outside. Enjoy!
