This Tuscan lot is fully furnished and landscaped, complete with a courtyard, pool/entertaining area, cabana, 2 bedrooms, 4 baths, living/dining/kitchen area, study, and 2 car garage. This lot could be considered Tuscan, Italian, or Mediterranean. Unfurnished: 83,208. Furnished: 140,710. Fully play tested.
