As the daughter of Robin Hood, Belle spent much of her time with her father's Merry Men and proved to be a worthy and skilled successor of the legendary hero. However, Belle's true specialty was in studying unusual and/or rare phenomena and creatures. Belle admires the freaks and otherwise undesirables to the point of near obsession. When people are cursed with deformities or changed entirely into monsters, Belle embraces them while the rest of the world would shun them.
