This city built on the I century BC by the roman camp "Caesar Sirvilia" was developed during c, XII/XIII and lived its flourishing age on c. XV/XVI when american conquerors came back with treasures and gold. The world fancies second half of c. XVII when old money familys were losing their power and importance settled inside their ancient palaces.
