Three bedroom (Thirs above garage), three Bathrooms, six Villas in back overlooking water on the estate, one living room, one kitchen, cherry trees galore, wrap around porch and balcony. (One crib in hallway in case you decide to move into it, so that it won't say it can't acomodate your sims) Took a lot of time and effort and it's beautiful. (If you put it next to the park with the waterfall leading into the highway, the water in the lot connects to the waterfalls pond.)
