Cindy Sweet grew up in an orphanage, she only remembers her mom was an artist. Later she learned her father was a politican. She grew close to the cook and the groundskeeper growning up and learned some valuable skills from them. She also learned to steal on outings with the cook to the farmers market. Apparently the money her parents had lined the pockets of the administration because it certainly wasn't being used for the orphans betterment. Her wish is to become powerful enough to fix that.
