The Library was only popular with a very small select set of townsfolk, the greenhouse even fewer. To try appeal to a broader selection of townsfolk they added more "practical" teaching equipment. This has proven to be beneficial as some of the more younger generation will sometimes come in to escape the heat and listen to the lectures. Though it never truly gained it's popularity until someone used the animal pen for the kids. They brought it into the centre, and it's been busy since.
