Kiara Downey was born on a wendsday, and recived her imaginary friend from Uncle Riley. She is the oldest child of Laurel and Raymond Downey. She lives with her parents and an alien couple, Xiokoi and Rimmich, and their son Steven To'Vetachot.
Kiara knocked over an elixar as a young child, which was a bottled blessing of the fay, that was a gift to her father that he had left on an end table. As she got older, she grew fanciful fern scarlet wings to her shock and to her parents's.
