The deviant do-er of things that need to be dealt with, Rhys often knows what you want and how to get it, he doesn't see himself as a criminal through it either, he just sees it as a way of making friends.
He is an excitable chap who can often explode without warning in a blast of energy, and that energy sometimes won't burn off for hours. He could probably beat most kids at their own games.
