50x50 lot, CC Free, Store Content, WA Harvestables used. I've play tested it, the nectary works, routing, buying, ect. NPC spawns properly, vistors too. The backstory is this was an abandoned monastery turned nectary by the Santorini family, making it the most successful nectary in MV and globally. There is both cutomer parking and a shipping lane for trucks. There is a tasting room, processing, and storage. The grounds keeper shed still has a dirt floor. Plenty of seating and landscaping!
