It is called Lookout Point because it was built around an old abandoned Ranger tower that has been rebuilt and refurbished. Also, a magnificent marble and stone Pavillion was built along with a sheltered picnic area to protect your Sims from the elements (if there wee elements to protect them from.) Send the kids to the swings while you grill, roast marshmallows later or play a game of chess in the shade of the historical willow trees. See pictures on my story page.
