This was made for my cousin phoebe xxx check out her stuff her sim name is pr1mrose. she has some really cool stuff xxx by the way when you have this lot on your game you must put it in the town sunset valley then you must bulldozer old peir beach and then make it a regular lot , then put this lot on it , then you will have your own private beach with your very own beach house , this should come a lady named after my cousin phoebe , when she touches water she will change into a mermaid .thanks x
