Started out in 1891 as a 1 lever Tree house sitting on 4 spruce trees for a farmers kids to escape to. It had a 12FT droop to the ground clearance starting with a 3inch thick, Iron floor bored. The walls to was built from 1/4 inch think ply-wood and was insulated with newpaper. The doors where made from the left over wood pieces from the wooden' roof beams. The roof was made of tin and steel plates or sheets with no rust protection. The house provided only 1 floor of play and 2 small decs.
