The Modern House has 3 bedrooms (2 of which aren't furnished so you can furnish them how you want them) and 2 bathrooms, jam room, study/activity room, kitchen and dining room and living room. There is a huge backyard with a pool, hot tub, patio with an outdoor kitchen. The front garden has a pond in which your sims can fish but it's mainly used for decoration with flowers and shrubs circling the perimeter of the pond. There is a garage with 3 car spots.
