The Old Pier Beach, edited a bit, to make a tree house out of palm trees. There are no walls, and four floating decks with stairs connecting them. On the first deck is a small library. On the second deck is a dance floor, with a radio, grand piano, drum set, bass, and acoustic guitar. On the third floor there is a bar game area, with fooseball. On the top deck, there is an amazing veiw over both the entire town and ocean, with a large bar, lots of seats. All is held up with 2 palm trees.
